Sua Bontà entstand 2014 aus dem Wunsch von drei Freunden, ihr Leben zu verändern.
Bei der Wahl des Ortes dachten sie an ihren Lieblingsort: das Baskenland!
Ihr Ziel ist es, die italienische Gastronomie mit Schwerpunkt auf echtem italienischen Eis, das nach der ursprünglichen Tradition der italienischen Eismeister hergestellt wird, bekannt zu machen. Unsere Eiscreme wird die Königin aller Eiscremes sein? Ihre Majestät das Eis, das gute Eis! Sua Bontà? Eiscreme.
Im März 2018 wird die GELATERIA weiterentwickelt, um jeden Mittag italienische Gerichte hinzuzufügen, SUA BONTA wird zu GELATERIA CON CUCINA. Jeden Tag werden frische Produkte gekocht, um eine Karte voller Frische mit italienischen Aromen anzubieten.
