La Taverne du Sommelier, situata proprio accanto al teatro Empreinte, è un'istituzione tullista. All'interno, sarete accolti in un ambiente moderno con un arredamento barocco di buon gusto. Anche l'ampia terrazza ombreggiata è molto apprezzata. Il ristorante offre sia piatti classici da brasserie (hamburger, insalate, entrecôte, ecc.) sia piatti originali e raffinati. Non viene dimenticata la gastronomia regionale, con specialità come la testa di vitello con salsa gribiche e il mique. Gli amanti del vino non saranno da meno, con oltre 300 vini in carta.
