Die Taverne du Sommelier, die sich ganz in der Nähe des Theaters l'Empreinte befindet, ist eine Institution in Tulln. Im Inneren werden Sie in einem modernen Rahmen mit gepflegter Barockdekoration empfangen. Die große schattige Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr beliebt. Das Restaurant bietet sowohl klassische Brasseriegerichte (Burger, Salate, Entrecôtes usw.) als auch originelle und raffinierte Gerichte an. Die regionale Gastronomie wird nicht vergessen, z. B. mit Spezialitäten wie Kalbskopf mit Sauce Gribiche und Mique. Auch Liebhaber guter Weine kommen nicht zu kurz, denn auf der Karte stehen mehr als 300 verschiedene Weine.
