De Taverne du Sommelier, direct naast het theater Empreinte, is een Tullistisch instituut. Binnen word je verwelkomd in een moderne omgeving met een smaakvol barok decor. Het grote schaduwrijke terras is ook erg populair. Het restaurant biedt zowel klassieke brasseriegerechten (hamburgers, salades, entrecôtes enz.) als originele, verfijnde gerechten. De regionale gastronomie wordt niet vergeten, met specialiteiten zoals kalfskop met gribichesaus en mique. Wijnliefhebbers kunnen hun hart ophalen met meer dan 300 wijnen op de kaart.
