Situato ai margini del lago della proprietà, farà la gioia degli appassionati di pesca. Il grande parco vi sorprenderà e vi darà la possibilità di uscire in campagna durante il vostro soggiorno. Per chi preferisce rilassarsi, il bordo della piscina riscaldata invita a oziare e a prendersi il proprio tempo.
All'interno, l'alloggio comprende al piano terra: un salone con flipper, una cucina completamente attrezzata, una sala da pranzo, 2 camere da letto (2x160), un bagno con doccia e vasca e una toilette separata.
