Vendita di pizze da asporto, fatte in casa, con cottura a legna. Il mio impasto per la pizza è fatto in casa con lievito madre e maturazione per migliorare i sapori. Prodotto con farina biologica locale proveniente dal Moulin du Courneau, a nord di Bordeaux, a Laruscade, viene steso a mano in modo da risultare molto arioso, morbido e croccante. La maggior parte delle mie materie prime sono prodotti freschi. Alcuni di essi provengono da aziende locali come
Petto d'anatra, foie gras, salmone affumicato: Maison Delpeyrat e Labeyrie.

Miele: Alain LABAT apicoltore a Castets.
