La Jussandière è un gîte d'étape et de séjour composto da un edificio principale di 100 m² al piano terra e da una superficie equivalente al primo piano. Questo edificio risale al XIX secolo ed è stato ristrutturato per 20 anni dai proprietari tra il 1987 e il 2010.
Piano terra: soggiorno, cucina con camino, bagno, WC.
Primo piano: Camera 1: 20 m² con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, bagno privato e wc.
Camera da letto2: un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Camera da letto3: 2 letti matrimoniali. Una zona relax con una panca che può diventare un letto matrimoniale. Situato a 40 km dal Puy du fou, a 1 ora dal Futuroscope, da La Rochelle, dalla costa atlantica, dal Marais Poitevin e a 10 minuti dal Nombril du Monde, Pescalis.
