La chiesa dedicata a San Giovanni Battista domina il villaggio da quasi 300 anni. Dal XVIII secolo, la parrocchia ha una nuova chiesa, dedicata alla "Decapitazione di San Giovanni Battista".
Una pietra nella parte del campanile rivolta verso l'ingresso del cimitero testimonia l'età dell'edificio e indica la data del 1730.
