Piano terra: soggiorno con grande camino, cucina a vista con zona pranzo: frigorifero e freezer, forno elettrico e a microonde, cappa aspirante, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, camera 1 (1 letto da 160 cm con bagno doccia e WC separato), ampio spogliatoio, WC con lavabo, ripostiglio con lavatrice. Primo piano: salotto con biblioteca e divano, 1 bagno con doccia, 1 WC, 2 camere da letto: camera 2 (1 letto da 160 cm) e camera 3 (2 letti da 90 cm). Piano intermedio: camera da letto 4 (2 letti singoli). Mansarda: camera 5 (2 letti da 90 cm), bagno, WC. Tutte le utenze sono incluse (acqua, elettricità, gas e riscaldamento).
