Il sabato a pranzo, La Halte si trasforma in un locale "bistronomique", proponendo piatti raffinati, tanto belli quanto buoni: purè di tartufo, ballotins di faraona, ripieno di porcini a bassa cottura con mousseline au siphon di carote.
