Place Winston Churchill è sotto gli occhi del Grande Burattinaio , un ricco patrimonio che svela la "Charles-Ville" di un tempo.
Intorno alla piazza, belle case offrono uno scorcio del patrimonio e dell'architettura con cui la città fu costruita nel 1600 e nel 1610. Le pietre color ocra riflettono l'ispirazione italiana del fondatore della città, Charles de Gonzague, egli stesso un principe italiano.
Al centro della piazza si trova un monumento ai caduti.
