Questo itinerario, che parte da Schirmeck, vi promette una bella fuga nella valle della Bruche fino a Saâles, l'ultima città alsaziana prima del dipartimento dei Vosgi. Dalle pendici di Salm, si raggiungono i tranquilli villaggi di Plaine e Saulxures prima di salire sull'altopiano di Saâles. Al ritorno da Saâles, il percorso porta al Col de la Salcée, da dove si scende attraverso la frazione di Stampoumont prima di tornare a Schirmeck sulla pista ciclabile lungo la Bruche.
