Description by the author

This route, starting from Schirmeck, promises you a beautiful escapade in the Bruche valley until Saâles, the last Alsatian town before the Vosges department. From the slopes of Salm, you will reach the peaceful villages of Plaine and Saulxures before climbing up to the Saâles plateau. On the way back from Saâles, the route leads you to the Col de la Salcée, from where you descend through the hamlet of Stampoumont before returning to Schirmeck by the cycle route along the Bruche.
