Bolton-le-Sands è un grande villaggio e parrocchia civile della città di Lancaster nel Lancashire, Inghilterra. La parrocchia aveva una popolazione di 4.098 registrata nel censimento del 2001, aumentando a 4.127 nel censimento del 2011.
Indicata come Bodeltone nel Domesday Book, il villaggio era conosciuto come Bolton fino all'arrivo delle ferrovie, quando il nome fu cambiato in Bolton-le-Sands per differenziarsi da città con nomi simili sulla stessa linea, come Bolton che allora faceva parte del Lancashire e si chiamava Bolton-le-Moors.
