Godmersham è un villaggio e una parrocchia civile nel distretto di Ashford nel Kent, Inghilterra. Il villaggio si trova lungo il fiume Great Stour, dove attraversa il North Downs, e la sua superficie è composta per circa un terzo da boschi, tutti nella parte estrema est e ovest dello scarpamento del North Downs. Si trova a sei miglia a nord-est di Ashford sulla strada A28, a metà strada tra Ashford e Canterbury, in un'Area di Straordinaria Bellezza Naturale, con il North Downs Way e il Pilgrims' Way che attraversano la parrocchia.
Il villaggio è diviso in due dalla pianura alluvionale dello Stour. La parrocchia civile include il villaggio di Godmersham stesso e Bilting. Condivide molte delle sue attività con la parrocchia confinante di Crundale, una parrocchia più piccola a est.
