Glyn Tarell è una valle e una comunità nella contea di Powys, Galles, e nella contea storica di Brecknockshire. Si trova nel Parco Nazionale delle Brecon Beacons e al limite settentrionale delle montagne delle Brecon Beacons.
Il Taff Trail attraversa la valle. L'area amministrativa della comunità si estende su un'ampia area di terre scarsamente popolate e si estende a sud oltre il bacino idrografico per includere la parte più alta del fiume Taff e il serbatoio delle Beacons. Gran parte del suo confine settentrionale è costituito dal fiume Usk. La cima Pen y Fan si trova al confine orientale della comunità. I principali villaggi della comunità sono Libanus e Llanspyddid.
