Chequers è la residenza di campagna del Primo Ministro del Regno Unito, situata a Ellesborough, ai piedi delle Chilterns, nella contea del Buckinghamshire.
La residenza risale al XVI secolo ed è stata proprietà di diverse famiglie aristocratiche. Nel 1912 fu acquistata dal visconte Arthur Lee. Durante la Prima Guerra mondiale ospitò un ospedale militare e in seguito una casa di convalescenza per ufficiali. Dopo la guerra i coniugi Lee misero in vendita la proprietà e dopo lunghe discussioni col Primo Ministro David Lloyd George fu acquistata dallo Stato secondo il Chequers Estate Act 1917.
