Il Winchester City Mill è un mulino ad acqua restaurato situato sul fiume Itchen nel centro dell'antica città inglese di Winchester. Il mulino è di proprietà del National Trust ed è un edificio classificato di Grado II*.
Il mulino è stato registrato, macinando cereali, nel Domesday Book del 1086. Tuttavia, ci sono riferimenti precedenti risalenti al 932 nei registri della cattedrale. Nel 989 la regina Elfrida aveva ceduto il mulino alle suore dell'abbazia di Wherwell. Le misurazioni dendrocronologiche datano alcuni dei legni all'XI secolo.
