Il castello di Pembroke è uno dei più imponenti castelli normanni del Galles meridionale ed è situato al centro dell'omonima città; è il più grande castello privato gallese, è curato dal CADW, l'ente gallese di protezione dei monumenti storici, ed è aperto al pubblico.
Risalente al 1093, quando la conquista normanna della regione non era stata ancora completata, il castello è circondato su tre lati dal fiume Cleddau. Testimonianze tangibili fanno risalire la sua storia al periodo romano.
