L'Osservatorio UCL a Mill Hill a Londra è un osservatorio didattico astronomico. È parte del Dipartimento di Fisica e Astronomia del University College London.
L'Osservatorio è stato aperto, come Università di Londra Osservatorio, l'8 ottobre 1929 da allora Astronomo Reale Frank Watson Dyson, inizialmente per ospitare il riflettore da 24 pollici costruito da Grubb di Dublino nel 1881 e ospitato nell'osservatorio del Dr W.E. Wilson a Daramona, Contea di Westmeath, Irlanda, che fu donato all'Università di Londra dopo la sua morte.
