La Cattedrale di Santa Maria e San Bonifacio a Plymouth, in Inghilterra, è la sede del Vescovo di Plymouth e la chiesa madre della Diocesi cattolica romana di Plymouth, che copre le conte di Cornwall, Devon e Dorset. La Diocesi di Plymouth è stata creata nel 1850 dopo l'emissione della bolla papale Universalis Ecclesiae. Nel 1858 la nuova cattedrale dignitosa è stata aperta ed è stata posta sotto il patrocinio della Vergine Maria e di San Bonifacio, quest'ultimo ritenuto nato a Crediton nell'area della diocesi.
