Custom House è una stazione della Docklands Light Railway e futura Elizabeth line sita a Custom House a Londra nel borgo londinese di Newham. È situata nella Travelcard Zone 3 e ha preso il nome dall'antica Custom House che in passato si trovava nei pressi della stazione.
La prima stazione Custom House venne aperta nel 1855, dalla Eastern Counties Railway sulla linea Eastern Counties and Thames Junction Railway costruita per collegare la Eastern Counties Railway a Stratford a seguito dello sviluppo del porto di Londra.
