Custom House for ExCeL is een station in de Oost-Londense wijk Custom House in het gebied Royal Docks in de London Borough of Newham. De toevoeging 'for ExCeL' aan de stationsnaam is ontleend aan het vlakbij gelegen congres- en beurscomplex London ExCeL International Exhibition Centre.
Al vanaf 1855 stond op deze locatie een station met dezelfde naam aan de Eastern Counties and Thames Junction Railway , later de Great Eastern Railway . Dit station, dat in 1940 zwaar beschadigd werd tijdens de blitz, werd in 1969 gesloopt en vervangen door een eenvoudige halteplaats. In 2006 werd de North London Line tussen North Woolwich en Stratford opgeheven. Naast het oude station stond van 1881 tot 1970 een remise voor locomotieven.
