Oltre la stazione di Penrhyn, la ferrovia attraversa la strada A4085 Penrhyndeudraeth per Llanfrothen nel punto di attraversamento a livello con cancello e personale rimasto. A causa della disposizione del passaggio, tre case a schiera di proprietà privata si trovano tra i due cancelli di attraversamento.
