L'ospedale High Royds è un ex ospedale psichiatrico a sud del villaggio di Menston, West Yorkshire, Inghilterra. L'ospedale, che aprì nel 1888, chiuse nel 2003 e il sito è stato successivamente sviluppato per uso residenziale.
La proprietà di 300 acri su cui fu costruito l'ospedale psichiatrico fu acquistata dai Giudici del West Riding per £18.000 nel 1885. L'ospedale fu progettato secondo il piano a grande freccia dall'architetto J. Vickers Edwards e il grande complesso gotico di edifici in pietra fu inaugurato formalmente come il West Riding Pauper Lunatic Asylum l'8 ottobre 1888.
