La A62 è una strada principale nel nord dell'Inghilterra che collega le due principali città di Manchester e Leeds, coprendo una distanza di 38,5 miglia.
La A62 corre a nord-est dalla Manchester Inner Ring Road attraverso Failsworth e Oldham, poi Saddleworth prima di attraversare i Pennini a Standedge entrando nel West Yorkshire. Continuando attraverso Marsden, Slaithwaite, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, Liversedge, Heckmondwike e Birstall. Termina poco prima del centro di Leeds all'incrocio con la strada A58. Ha uno stato primario da Manchester fino a Oldham.
