L'autostrada M60, l'Autostrada Anulare di Manchester o la Tangenziale Esterna di Manchester è un'autostrada orbitale nel Nord Ovest dell'Inghilterra. Costruita nel corso di un periodo di 40 anni, attraversa la maggior parte dei distretti metropolitani di Greater Manchester, ad eccezione di Wigan e Bolton. La maggior parte di Manchester è compresa all'interno dell'autostrada, ad eccezione della parte più meridionale della città, che è servita dalla M56.
L'M60 è lunga 36,1 miglia ed è stata ribattezzata M60 nel 2000, con parti della M62, M66 e tutta la M63 amalgamate nel nuovo percorso. La strada fa parte delle Euroroutes E20 ed E22 non firmate.
