Il Colosso di Rodi era un'enorme statua del dio Helios, situata probabilmente nel porto di Rodi in Grecia nel III secolo a.C. È una delle cosiddette sette meraviglie del mondo antico.
Secondo studi contemporanei il colosso non si sarebbe trovato all'accesso del porto, ma era collocato all'interno di quella che è conosciuta come città vecchia o acropoli di Rodi , in posizione sopraelevata sulla collinetta subito antistante al porto, in modo che fungesse da faro.
