Tarrha o Tarra, conosciuta anche come Tarrhus o Tarros, era una polis nella parte sud-occidentale dell'antica Creta, vicino alla gola di Samaria, nel villaggio di Agia Roumeli. Si trova vicino al mare, sulla collina.
Tarrha fu probabilmente fondata nel periodo classico ed era un centro religioso molto importante; era uno dei primi luoghi di culto di Apollo. Anticamente, era conosciuta sulla costa meridionale tra Phoenix e Poecilassus. La città fiorì nel periodo greco-romano. La città ospitava il culto di Apollo Tarrhaios, dove sono stati trovati resti del suo tempio. Tarrha è frequentemente citata nelle fonti antiche come Pausania, Stefano di Bisanzio e il Stadiasmus Maris Magni. Tarrha è una delle città che firmarono un accordo con Eumenes II nel 170 a.C.
