Il Museo Antivouniotissa è un museo di arte religiosa post-bizantina delle scuole cretensi e dei primi Ioni a Corfù, Grecia. Si trova nell'ex chiesa della Santa Madre di Dio Antivouniotissa
La chiesa, dedicata alla Santa Madre di Dio Antivouniotissa, uno dei più antichi e ricchi monumenti religiosi di Corfù, fu probabilmente costruita alla fine del XV secolo. Dal 1984, una ricca collezione di cimeli e icone portatili è esposta nella chiesa dell'Antivouniotissa.
