Het Antivouniotissa Museum is een museum voor post-byzantijnse religieuze kunst van de Kretenzische en vroege Heptanese scholen in Corfu, Griekenland. Het is gevestigd in de voormalige kerk van de Heilige Moeder van God Antivouniotissa
De kerk, gewijd aan de Heilige Moeder van God Antivouniotissa, een van de oudste en rijkste religieuze monumenten op Corfu, werd waarschijnlijk gebouwd aan het einde van de 15e eeuw. Sinds 1984 is een rijke collectie erfstukken en portable iconen te zien in de kerk van de Antivouniotissa.
