Il PBZ Zagabria Indoors è un torneo di tennis di categoria International Series che si disputa a Zagabria in Croazia su campi indoor in cemento.
Nato nel 1996 come tappa del circuito ATP Tour, dopo la seconda edizione di Spalato, non ha più fatto parte del calendario fino al 2006, quando ha preso il posto degli Internazionali di Lombardia, ha cambiato location spostandosi a Zagabria e ha avuto come sponsor la banca PBZ.
