Il Museo Nazionale della Scienza e dell'Ecclesiologia a Maynooth è un museo scientifico e un museo di ecclesiologia, situato nel campus congiunto del College di St Patrick, Maynooth e dell'Università di Maynooth, Irlanda. È un'istituzione del college, nata come museo ecclesiologico.
Il museo ospita vari reperti dalla storia della scienza in Irlanda, una vasta collezione di attrezzature scientifiche utilizzate da Nicholas Callan e una delle due maschere mortuarie del leader politico irlandese Daniel O'Connell. Il museo è stato fondato nel 1934 come Museo di Ecclesiologia, ma si è progressivamente focalizzato di più sulla scienza, parzialmente a causa dell'associazione di Maynooth con Callan.
