Il Castello di Foulksrath è una casa torre anglo-normanna del XIV secolo situata a Jenkinstown, nella Contea di Kilkenny, Irlanda.

Il castello è strettamente associato sia alla famiglia De Frene che alla famiglia Purcell. La tenuta e l'originaria abitazione fortificata e circondata da un fossato furono costruite per la prima volta nel 1349 e occupate dalla famiglia De Frene ed è ritenuto che il castello prenda il nome da Fulco De Frene che era al servizio militare di Edoardo III e combatté nella Battaglia di Crécy e nell'Assedio di Calais. All'inizio del XV secolo, l'attuale castello fu costruito dalla famiglia Purcell, parenti dei De Frene, dopo che la tenuta entrò in loro possesso.
