Scartaglen o Scartaglin è un villaggio e una località nella zona di Sliabh Luachra nella contea di Kerry, Irlanda. Si trova sulla strada regionale R577, vicino alla città di Castleisland. Secondo il censimento del 2011, la località di Scartaglin aveva una popolazione di 163 persone.
La chiesa cattolica locale è dedicata a Nostra Signora di Lourdes ed è stata costruita tra il 1928 e il 1930. La Scartaglin National School è una scuola primaria mista che nel anno scolastico 2020 contava oltre 120 alunni iscritti. Il club locale dell'Associazione Atletica Gaelica, Scartaglin GAA, schiera squadre nella Divisione di East Kerry.
