Scartaglen ou Scartaglin est un village et un townland dans la région de Sliabh Luachra dans le comté de Kerry, en Irlande. Il est situé sur la route régionale R577, près de la ville de Castleisland. Selon le recensement de 2011, le townland de Scartaglin comptait une population de 163 personnes.
L'église catholique romaine locale est dédiée à Notre-Dame de Lourdes et a été construite entre 1928 et 1930. L'école nationale de Scartaglin est une école primaire coéducative qui comptait plus de 120 élèves inscrits pour l'année scolaire 2020. Le club local de l'Association athlétique gaélique, Scartaglin GAA, engage des équipes dans la division d'East Kerry.
