San Sebastiano Curone è un comune italiano 533 abitanti della provincia di Alessandria, in Piemonte, posto alla confluenza dei torrenti Museglia e Curone. Fu per secoli parte dei Feudi imperiali e tappa fondamentale sulla via del sale che collegava il Mar Ligure alla Pianura Padana.
Vi nacquero Felice Giani , pittore neoclassico che lavorò, tra gli altri, per Napoleone Bonaparte e l'imperatrice Caterina II di Russia e Piero Leddi , figura di spicco della pittura milanese del dopoguerra.
