Crespina è una frazione che costituisce il capoluogo del comune italiano sparso di Crespina Lorenzana, nella provincia di Pisa, in Toscana.
Fino al 2013 costituì comune autonomo, composto anche dalle frazioni di Cenaia e Tripalle. Dal 1º gennaio 2014 si è fuso con Lorenzana per formare il nuovo comune di Crespina Lorenzana.
