San Pietro in Cariano è un comune italiano di 12 713 abitanti della provincia di Verona in Veneto. Situato in Valpolicella a 14 chilometri da Verona, il suo territorio si può definire di pianura pedemontana, con un'altezza compresa tra 75 m s.l.m. e 250. Il comune confina a nord con Marano di Valpolicella e Fumane, ad est con Negrar di Valpolicella, a ovest con Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, a sud con Pescantina e Verona; aggregato nel 1929 con l'antico comune di Negarine, è composto dalle frazioni di Bure, Castelrotto, Corrubbio, Pedemonte e San Floriano.
