Aprica è un comune italiano di 1 481 abitanti della provincia di Sondrio in Lombardia, situato a cavallo dell'omonimo passo, il più agevole tra la Val Camonica e la Valtellina, a cavallo tra Alpi Orobie e Alpi Retiche Meridionali, costituito da un'ampia sella piana lunga circa tre chilometri, oggi in buona parte edificata.
