San Ferdinando di Puglia è un comune italiano di 13 589 abitanti della provincia di Barletta-Andria-Trani in Puglia. Fino al 2004 ha fatto parte della provincia di Foggia.
San Ferdinando di Puglia è situata nella bassa valle dell'Ofanto, nella sezione meridionale del Tavoliere delle Puglie, a 15,9 km a nord-est di Cerignola e a 20 km a sud-ovest di Barletta.
