Porto Venere , scritto anche Portovenere, è un comune italiano di 3 297 abitanti della provincia della Spezia in Liguria. Per la sua estensione territoriale urbana è il comune più piccolo della provincia spezzina.
Nel 1997 Porto Venere, insieme con le isole Palmaria, Tino, Tinetto e le Cinque Terre è stato inserito tra i patrimoni dell'umanità dell'UNESCO.
