Cesana Torinese è un comune italiano di 931 abitanti della città metropolitana di Torino in Piemonte.
Cesana è una località turistica sulle Alpi piemontesi, in Alta Val Susa; è inoltre parte della Unione dei Comuni Olimpici Via-Lattea insieme ai comuni limitrofi di Sestriere, Claviere, Sauze di Cesana, Sauze d'Oulx e Pragelato.
