Il Museo di archeologia ligure è un museo di Genova, allestito all'interno della villa Durazzo-Pallavicini, nel quartiere di Pegli.
La villa fu donata nel 1928 al comune di Genova dagli eredi dei Pallavicini con il vincolo di utilizzarla a scopi culturali e all'inizio degli anni trenta fu deciso di destinarla a sede del museo civico di archeologia. Recuperati numerosi reperti già dispersi in vari musei, in particolare quelli portati al Museo di antichità di Torino nei primi decenni del Novecento, le collezioni sarebbero state ampliate con tutti i nuovi reperti trovati in Liguria. Tutti i materiali furono catalogati e riordinati con la collaborazione di Luigi Cardini , tra i maggiori studiosi italiani di preistoria.
