Situato a 19 km dal capoluogo provinciale e a 8 km da Iseo, Monticelli Brusati si adagia sulle prime propaggini delle Prealpi. In virtù della sua peculiare posizione geografica, a cavallo tra le Prealpi Bresciane e le colline della Franciacorta, il territorio di Monticelli Brusati rientra sia nel Consorzio Franciacorta che nella Comunità montana del Sebino Bresciano.
