La diocesi di Tempio-Ampurias è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Italia suffraganea dell'arcidiocesi di Sassari, appartenente alla Regione ecclesiastica Sardegna. Nel 2017 contava 163.550 battezzati su 166.250 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Sebastiano Sanguinetti.
La diocesi, che comprende le regioni storiche della Gallura e dell'Anglona, si estende su 31 comuni della provincia di Sassari: Nulvi, Castelsardo, Valledoria, Erula, Tergu, Martis, Bulzi, Sedini, Laerru, Perfugas, Santa Maria Coghinas, Viddalba, Badesi, Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola, Tempio Pausania, Luras, Bortigiadas, Calangianus, Aggius, La Maddalena, Luogosanto, Palau, Golfo Aranci, Aglientu, Arzachena, Olbia, Santa Teresa Gallura, Sant'Antonio di Gallura, Loiri Porto San Paolo, San Teodoro, Telti.
