La concattedrale di San Catervo è il duomo di Tolentino, e concattedrale della diocesi di Macerata-Tolentino-Recanati-Cingoli-Treia.
Nel gennaio del 1961 papa Giovanni XXIII la elevò alla dignità di basilica minore. Il terremoto del Centro Italia del 2016 la danneggia gravemente.
