La diocesi di Sora-Cassino-Aquino-Pontecorvo è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Italia immediatamente soggetta alla Santa Sede, appartenente alla regione ecclesiastica Lazio. Nel 2017 contava 230.750 battezzati su 234.135 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Gerardo Antonazzo.
La diocesi comprende la parte meridionale della provincia di Frosinone , la valle Roveto nella provincia dell'Aquila, ovvero in Abruzzo e la parte nord della Campania. In totale abbraccia 52 comuni in provincia di Frosinone, 7 comuni in provincia dell'Aquila e 2 comuni in provincia di Caserta.
