Il Palazzo Comunale, o Palazzo Albornoz, di Cesena, si affaccia su Piazza del Popolo; fu costruito dal Cardinale spagnolo Gil Álvarez Carrillo de Albornoz a partire dalla metà del Trecento. L'edificio che oggi conosciamo ha inglobato due strutture ben più antiche: il Palatium Vetus e Palatium Novum. All'interno si trovano affreschi e arredi settecenteschi.
