Il duomo d’Assisi, noto anche col nome di cattedrale di San Rufino, è il principale luogo di culto cattolico della città di Assisi, chiesa madre cattedrale della diocesi di Assisi-Nocera Umbra-Gualdo Tadino.
La chiesa sorge nell'omonima piazza, originariamente una terrazza creata in epoca romana, forse il foro della città romana di Asisium.
